Held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ahmedabad on August 10, 2024, the event attracted over 150 key stakeholders from the Travel, Tourism, and related sectors.

This high-impact event was meticulously crafted to highlight Madhya Pradesh as a premier destination for balanced and sustainable tourism, showcasing its unique offerings and potential for socio-economic development. The Roadshow aimed to position Madhya Pradesh as the “go-to destination” for a comprehensive tourism experience, appealing to both global and domestic markets.

Percept Profile and Percept ICE spearheaded the comprehensive planning and execution of the highly impactful Roadshow for the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board. Responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of event management, from conceptualization and design to production and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless presentation of the State’s extraordinary tourism offerings. The Roadshow, attracted a notable audience of over 150 key professionals from the Hotel, F&B, Travel, and Tourism sectors. The event featured innovative set and stage designs, along with bespoke elements, meticulously crafted to showcase the diverse and unique destinations across Madhya Pradesh. This sophisticated presentation highlighted the state’s exceptional tourism assets and its potential to attract a broad spectrum of global and domestic visitors.

A standout achievement of the event was the successful forging of new connections between Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board officials and key travel industry stakeholders. The Roadshow facilitated productive discussions with local Ahmedabad stakeholders, leading to the exploration of emerging tourism opportunities, trends and destinations. This interaction has laid the groundwork for promising partnerships and enhanced prospects for tourism in the “Heart of Incredible India.”
